It’s been one month since the latest Ubuntu 15.10 Wily Werewolf daily build image has been promoted, but Canonical has improved the builds to pass all the automated tests just now.
This is the bug reported on Launchpad:
I’m not sure what tests are specifically run, but the default Ubuntu desktop image hasn’t moved from pending to current in almost a month. This means tools like TestDrive, etc. aren’t having users test the latest image – and many users might download the older image manually too.”
Speaking of Ubuntu 15.10, LibreOffice 5.0 RC3 has been added to the default repositories of the system, while GCC5 is expected to get implemented by default.
After Debian decided to replace GCC4 with GCC5 on Debian Unstabe, Canonical decided to do the same change for its Ubuntu Wily.
