As you may know, Arch Linux is one of the most popular Linux systems for desktop, for the below reasons:
- The system adopts new software fast
- It is a rolling release
- It has a big community and good official documentation
On the 1st of July, Arch Linux 2015.07.01 has been released, including all the updates released in June 2015, including Kernel 4.0.7, which is used by default.
If you already have Arch Linux installed on your system, it is very easy to upgrade. Just open a terminal and type:
$ sudo pacman -Syu
