    Hello,

Using Ubuntu 12.04 (Precise Pangolin), the following errors appeared:

    Unpacking aegisub (from aegisub_3.0.4-1_i386.deb) ...
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of aegisub:
    aegisub depends on libgl1-mesa-dev; however:
    Package libgl1-mesa-dev is not installed.
    aegisub depends on libglu1-mesa-dev; however:
    Package libglu1-mesa-dev is not installed.
    dpkg: error processing aegisub (--install):
    dependency problems - leaving unconfigured
    Errors were encountered while processing:
    aegisub

So I had to force install these dependencies (although I think it’s not available for Precise):
    sudo apt-get install -f

after that, install aegisub.deb file normally with this command:
    sudo dpkg -i aegisub_3.0.4-1_i386.deb

    Regards,
    Ahmad
