How to Install Audacious 3.4 Beta on Ubuntu 13.04 / 12.10 / 12.04 and Linux Mint 15 / 14 / 13

Hello Ubuntu Users.

I have previously showed you how to install Audacious on Ubuntu and Linux Mint, and the alias I made for an easier Audacious use.

In this article I will show you how to install Audacious 3.4 Beta on Ubuntu 13.04 Raring Ringtail, Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal Quetzal, Ubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin, Linux Mint 15 Olivia, Linux Mint 14 Nadia and Linux Mint 13 Maya via PPA.

As you may know, Audacious is a music player available for Linux. I like it because of the Winamp Skins.

This is a beta release, so if you want stability, do not try it.

Else, this is how you install it.

Add the PPA:

$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:webupd8team/unstable

Update the repo index:

$ sudo apt-get update

Install Audacious:

$ sudo apt-get install audacious
