How To Install Bibfilex 1.2.5 On Ubuntu, Debian And Derivative Systems

Hello Linux Geeksters. As you may know, Bibfilex is an open-source software that allows the users to manage book collections and comic books, import and export data, carry out targeted searches in a single field or between all elements. Also, it has a an auto complete feature for each field by typing Ctrl + Space.

The latest version available is Bibfilex 1.2.5, which has been released a while ago, bringing the below changes:

  • Possiblity to specify the text before pages number (pag., p., etc.).
  • Possibility to enter in a postnote two pages references separated by a pipe; the first one is printed after the title (for instance, to indicate the number of a paragraph of a document or of an old text) while the second one is printed at the end of the citation, like usual.
  • Zoom in the abstract and review fields with Ctrl + mouse wheel.
  • Bugs fixing.
