Because it is available via PPA, installing Conky Manager 1.2 on the listed Ubuntu, Linux Mint and Elementary OS systems is easy. All you have to do is add the ppa to your system, update the local repository index and install the conky-manager package. Like this:

$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:teejee2008/ppa
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install conky-manager

Optional, to remove conky-manager, do:

$ sudo apt-get remove conky-manager

Or, if you want to uninstall conky-manager, disable the recently added PPA and downgrade all the packages that got updated via the PPA, do:

$ sudo apt-get install ppa-purge
$ sudo ppa-purge ppa:teejee2008/ppa
