How To Install Converseen Image Converter in Ubuntu 12.10/12.04 and Mint 14/13

Converseen is an open source image converter with Qt4 libraries. It supports a lot of formats, like DPX, EXR, GIF, JPEG, JPEG-2000, PhotoCD, PNG, Postscript, SVG, TIFF and others.

You can convert, resize, rotate or flip a lot of photos.

This is how you install Converseen on Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal Quetzal, Ubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin, Linux Mint 14 Nadia and Linux Mint 13 Maya:

Add the repo:

$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:faster3ck/converseen

Update the repo index:

$ sudo apt-get update

Install Converseen:

$ sudo apt-get install converseen
