The latest version available is Entangle “Down” 0.6.0, which has been released a while ago. For a full list of fixes and changes, see the official changelog.

In this article I will show you how to install Entangle 0.6.0 on Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty Tahr, Linux Mint 17 Qiana, Elementary OS 0.3 Isis and Pinguy OS 14.04.

Because it is available via PPA, installing Entangle 0.6.0 on the listed Ubuntu, Linux Mint, Pinguy OS and Elementary OS systems is easy. All you have to do is add the ppa to your system, update the local repository index and install the entangle package. Like this:

$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:dhor/myway
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install entangle

Optional, to remove Entangle from your system, do:

$ sudo apt-get remove entangle
