How to Install LibreOffice 4.0.2 by PPA on Ubuntu, Debian and Linux Mint

Hello Linux Geeks.

In this article I will show you how to install LibreOffice 4.0.2 via PPA on Ubuntu, Debian and Linux Mint.

As you may know, LibreOffice is the most popular opensource Office program, available for Linux, Ubuntu and Mac OS X.

Follow this steps for a successful installation.

Step 1. Add the PPA:

$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:libreoffice/libreoffice-4-0

Update the repo index:

$ sudo apt-get update

Install LibreOffice:

$ sudo apt-get install libreoffice
