Hello Linux Geeksters. LibreOffice 4.1 RC1 has been released a few days ago, but now it has been added in a PPA, so it can be installed easy. The RC1 brings 62 fixes since the latest beta 2 version. To read more about the new features and bugfixes, see the official announcement.
In this article I will show you how to install LibreOffice 4.1 RC1 on Ubuntu 13.10 Saucy Salamander, Ubuntu 13.04 Raring Ringtail, Ubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin, Linux Mint 16 Petra, Linux Mint 15 Olivia and Linux Mint 13 Maya.
$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:libreoffice/libreoffice-prereleases
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install libreoffice
