There is no repository available for Pac Manager, so we have to download the deb packages from the official site and install them with dpkg -i:

$ wget -c http://sourceforge.net/projects/pacmanager/files/pac-4.0/pac-4.5.2.3-all.deb
$ sudo dpkg -i pac-4.5.2.3-all.deb
