And it’s power can be extended via plugins, like AdBlock, RSS reader, and many others. The latest version available is Qupzilla 1.6.0.

In this article I will show you how to install QupZilla 1.6.0 on Ubuntu 13.10 Saucy Salamander, Ubuntu 13.04 Raring Ringtail, Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal Quetzal, Ubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin, Linux Mint 16 Petra, Linux Mint 15 Olivia, Linux Mint 14 Nadia, Linux Mint 13 Maya, Elementary OS 0.2, Debian, Kwheezy, Crunchbang, OpenSUSE 13.1, OpenSUSE 12.3 and OpenSUSE 12.2.

For Ubuntu 13.10, Ubuntu 13.04, Ubuntu 12.10, Ubuntu 12.04, Linux Mint 16, Linux Mint 15, Linux Mint 14, Linux Mint 13 and Elementary OS 0.2, QupZilla 1.6.0 is available via PPA, so installing it is easy. All you have to do is add the ppa to your system, update the local repository index and install the qupzilla package. Like this:

$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nowrep/qupzilla
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install qupzilla

QupZilla 1.6.0 is available via repository, for the latest OpenSUSE systems. Follow the instructions for your system exactly, in order to get a successful installation.

How to install QupZilla 1.6.0 on openSUSE 13.1:

zypper addrepo http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:Extra/openSUSE_13.1/KDE:Extra.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install qupzilla

How to install QupZilla 1.6.0 on openSUSE 12.3:
