The latest version available is Shutter 0.92, which has been recently released, coming with a few changes only. Among others, the support for Ubuntu One, ImageBanana and Ompldr plugins have been removed, a segfault issue occured when trying to edit an image has been fixed and some other bugs have been squashed.
