How To Install The Conky Manager Tool On Ubuntu 13.10, 13.04, 12.10, 12.04 And Linux Mint 15, 14, 13

Hello Linux Geeksters. Conky Manager is a graphical user interface, over the Conky configuration files.

The latest version available, Conky Manager 1.1.0.1 makes easier for the user to enable or disable the Conky themes for displaying the cpu usage, memory usage, network traffic and others. Some Linux operating systems, like Pinguy OS come with Conky installed by default.

The Conky themes available via the Conky Manager are CPUPanel, Gotham, NvidiaPanel, Cowon Conky, Gold&Grey, MaxConky,Torn Paper Clone. Read more on the developer’s blog:

Because it is available via PPA, installing Conky Manager 1.1.0.1 on Ubuntu and Linux Mint is easy. All you have to do is:

$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:teejee2008/ppa
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install conky-manager
