Hello Linux Geeksters. Conky Manager is a graphical user interface, over the Conky configuration files.
The latest version available, Conky Manager 220.127.116.11 makes easier for the user to enable or disable the Conky themes for displaying the cpu usage, memory usage, network traffic and others. Some Linux operating systems, like Pinguy OS come with Conky installed by default.
The Conky themes available via the Conky Manager are CPUPanel, Gotham, NvidiaPanel, Cowon Conky, Gold&Grey, MaxConky,Torn Paper Clone. Read more on the developer’s blog:
In this article I will show you how to install the Conky Manager tool on Ubuntu 13.10 Saucy Salamander, Ubuntu 13.04 Raring Ringtail, Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal Quetzal, Ubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin, Linux Mint 16 Petra, Linux Mint 15 Olivia, Linux Mint 14 Nadia and Linux Mint 13 Maya.
Because it is available via PPA, installing Conky Manager 18.104.22.168 on Ubuntu and Linux Mint is easy. All you have to do is:
$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:teejee2008/ppa
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install conky-manager
