Install Simple Wallpaper Randomizer 0.2 on Ubuntu

As you may know, Simple Wallpaper Randomizer is a free, open-source software that permits the users to change the wallpapers at startup or at a specified time interval.

The latest version available is Simple Wallpaper Randomizer 0.2, which has been recently released.

Installation instructions:

Up to date packages are available via some third party PPA, so installing the software on Ubuntu 15.10 Wily Werewolf, Ubuntu 15.04 Vivid Vervet, Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty Tahr, Linux Mint 17.x, Elementary OS 0.3 Freya and other Ubuntu derivative systems is easy.

All you need to do is add the PPA to your system, update the local repository index and install the simple-wallpaper-randomizer package:

$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:atareao/wallpapers
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install simple-wallpaper-randomizer

Optional, to remove simple-wallpaper-randomizer, do:

$ sudo apt-get remove simple-wallpaper-randomizer
