The updated version of Ubuntu Mobile is available via the default repositories of Ubuntu Saucy, so to install and see them, just do:

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install ubuntu-mobile-icons

As a reminder, the first stable version of Ubuntu Touch, that will be probably named Ubuntu Touch 1.0 or Ubuntu Touch 13.10, will be released in two days from now, on the 17th of October. For now, only the Google Nexus smartphones and tablets have official support for Ubuntu Touch, despite the fact that it has been experimentally ported to other devices, including Xperia Tablet Z and OPPO Find 5.

Also, the default ringtone and notification sound set for Ubuntu Touch has been released yesterday.
