The Developers Will Integrate The Australis Theme To The Firefox Nightly Builds, Starting With The 18th Of November, 2013

Hello Linux Geeksters. As you may already know, the Mozilla developers have been working hard in the last year, in order to get the new browser theme, called Australis, ready for release. Australis has a modern and simplistic look, with rounded tabs, providing a Chrome-like eye experience. See the above screenshot for more information.

In order to be tested by the users, the developers will add Australis to the Firefox Nightly version on the 18th of November 2013, imported from the UX branch to the official versions.

While Firefox Nightly 28 will have the Australis theme, for the Aurora 28 version, Australis will be dropped, being adopted againi for Firefox Nightly 29.

If you want to toy around with Firefox Australis on Linux, Windows and Mac OS X, you can download it from here.
