Hello Linux Geeksters. As you may know, Debian Wheezy 7.3 has been officially released yesterday. Among others, the third maintenance version comes with a bunch of bugfixes, runs on a version of Kernel 3.2, uses an updated apt package manager that allows the users to install deb packages bigger than 2 GB and brings updates to some packages, including: ruby, iceweasel, firebird, wireshark,curl,chromium-browser, iftop and nagios3. For more information, see the official changelog.
In order to get Debian Wheezy 7.3, you can either download it from one of the mirrors, create a Live DVD/USB and install it on your system, or, if you have a previous version of Wheezy installed, perform a normal system upgrade, like this:
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
