Hello Linux Geeksters. Audacious is an open-source music player, available on Linux. I like it because it supports Winamp skins.

After it has been in beta testing for a while, Audacios 3.4 stable has been finally released.

How To Install Audacious 3.4 On Ubuntu And Linux Mint

In this article I will show you how to install Audacious 3.4 on Ubuntu 13.10 Saucy Salamander, Ubuntu 13.04 Raring Ringtail, Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal Quetzal, Ubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin, Linux Mint 16 Petra Linux Mint 15 Olivia, Linux Mint 14 Nadia and Linux Mint 13 Maya.

Installing Audacios 3.4 on Ubuntu and Linux Mint is not difficult, since it is available via the WebUpd8 PPA. All you have to do is:

$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nilarimogard/webupd8
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install audacious audacious-plugins
