Hello Mageia Enthusiasts.
In this article I will show you how to install Cinnamon on Mageia 3.
There is no Cinnamon repo for Mageia, but I have tried installing Cinnamon for Fedora 17 on Mageia 3 and it worked like a charm.
So, all you have to do is:
Install the repo on Mageia:
$ su root
# urpmi.addmedia cinnamon http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/leigh123linux/cinnamon/fedora-cinnamon.repo
Update the system:
# urmpi.update -a
Install Cinnamon:
# urmpi cinnamon
