In this article I will show you how to install Converseen on Fedora and Arch Linux Systems. To install Converseen on Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal Quetzal, Ubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin, Linux Mint 14 Nadia and Linux Mint 13 Maya, see this article.

Converseen is an open source image converter with Qt4 libraries. It supports a lot of formats, like DPX, EXR, GIF, JPEG, JPEG-2000, PhotoCD, PNG, Postscript, SVG, TIFF and others.

You can convert, resize, rotate or flip a lot of photos.

Because Converseen is located in the default repositories on both Fedora and Arch Linux, to install them just use the default package manager:

Fedora:

$ sudo yum install converseen

Arch Linux:

$ sudo pacman -Sy converseen
