Hello Linux Geeksters. As you may know, Drawers allows the users to organize their most frequently used links, applications and directories, making life easier for the Unity users. It also bring a Gnome Classic like Drawer interface. For more information, see this link.
In this article I will show you how to install Drawers on Ubuntu 13.10 Saucy Salamander, Ubuntu 13.04 Raring Ringtail, Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal Quetzal, Ubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin, Linux Mint 16 Petra, Linux Mint 15 Olivia, Linux Mint 14 Nadia, Linux Mint 13 Maya, Pear OS 8, Pear OS 7 and Elementary OS 0.2 Luna.
Because it is available via PPA, installing Drawers on the listed Ubuntu, Linux Mint, Pear OS and Elementary OS systems is easy. All you have to do is add the ppa to your system, update the local repository index and install the drawers package. Like this:
$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ian-berke/ppa-drawers
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install drawers
