Because it is not available via PPA, the needed deb packages of Kernel 3.10.19 are available via kernel.ubuntu.com. Follow the instructions for your system’s architecture exactly, in order to get a successful installation.

How to install Kernel 3.10.19 on 32 bit Ubuntu, Linux Mint, Pear OS and Elementary OS systems:

Download the needed packages:

$ wget -c kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.10.19-saucy/linux-headers-3.10.19-031019_3.10.19-031019.201311122235_all.deb
$ wget -c kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.10.19-saucy/linux-headers-3.10.19-031019-generic_3.10.19-031019.201311122235_i386.deb
$ wget -c kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.10.19-saucy/linux-image-3.10.19-031019-generic_3.10.19-031019.201311122235_i386.deb

Install Kernel 3.10.19:

$ sudo dpkg -i linux-headers-3.10.19*.deb linux-image-3.10.19*.deb

How to install Kernel 3.10.19 on 64 bit Ubuntu, Linux Mint, Pear OS and Elementary OS systems:

Download the needed packages:

$ wget -c kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.10.19-saucy/linux-headers-3.10.19-031019_3.10.19-031019.201311122235_all.deb
