Download the needed packages:

$ wget kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.13.5-trusty/linux-headers-3.13.5-031305_3.13.5-031305.201402221823_all.deb
$ wget kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.13.5-trusty/linux-headers-3.13.5-031305-generic_3.13.5-031305.201402221823_i386.deb
$ wget kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.13.5-trusty/linux-image-3.13.5-031305-generic_3.13.5-031305.201402221823_i386.deb

Install Kernel 3.13.5:

$ sudo dpkg -i linux-headers-3.13*.deb linux-image-3.13*.deb
