How to Install MenuLibre on Ubuntu 13.04 / 12.10 / 12.04 and Linux Mint 14 / 13

Hello Linux Enthusiasts.

In this article I will show you how to install MenuLibre on Ubuntu 13.04 Raring Ringtail, Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal Quetzal, Ubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin, Linux Mint 14 Nadia and Linux Mint 13 Maya.

MenuLibre is a menu editor that provides an easy-to-use interface. With MenuLibre you can easily create new launchers or shortcut, or modify existing ones.

Install MenuLibre on Ubuntu 13.04 / 12.10 / 12.04 and Linux Mint 14 / 13:

Add the PPA:

$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:menulibre-dev/devel

Update the system:

$ sudo apt-get update

Install MenuLibre:

$ sudo apt-get install menulibre
