Hello Linux Geeksters. Nuvola Player is an application that allows the users to listen to music from the clound, having good integration with Linux. It integrates well with Unity, showing the currently playing song via notifications, has docking capabilities et cetera.

The latest version available is Nuvola Player 2.2.0, which comes with support for Bandcamp, a platform for band and artist promovation. It also got Libre.fm support, a free altenative of Last.fm.
In this article I will show you how to install Nuvola Player 2.2.0 on Ubuntu 13.10 Saucy Salamander, Ubuntu 13.04 Raring Ringtail, Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal Quetzal, Ubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin, Linux Mint 16 Petra, Linux Mint 15 Olivia, Linux Mint 14 Nadia, Linux Mint 13 Maya and Elementary OS 0.2 Luna.
Because it is available via PPA, installing Nuvola Player 2.2.0 on Ubuntu, Linux Mint and Elementary OS is easy. All you have to do is add the ppa, update the local repository index and install the nuvolaplayer package. Like this:
$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nuvola-player-builders/stable
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install nuvolaplayer
