Hello Linux Geeksters. As you may already know, OpenTTD (Open Transport Tycoon Deluxe) is a Transport Tycoon clone, working on Linux and Unix systems. Being an old game, it does not have good graphics, but it has a convincing gameplay. The latest version available is OpenTTD 1.3.3, which has been released a week ago, with a few fixes.
In this article I will show you how to install OpenTTD 1.3.3 on Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty Tahr, Ubuntu 13.10 Saucy Salamander, Ubuntu 13.04 Raring Ringtail, Ubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin, Linux Mint 16 Petra, Linux Mint 15 Olivia, Linux Mint 13 Maya, Pear OS 8 and Elementary OS 0.2 Luna.
