Hello Linux Geeksters. As you may know, QPDFView is a PDF reader, similar to Evince, the default pdf viewer of the Gnome desktop. The latest version available is QPDFView 0.4.5, which has been released a few days ago.

In this article I will show you how to install QPDFView 0.4.5 on Ubuntu 13.10 Saucy Salamander, Ubuntu 13.04 Raring Ringtail, Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal Quetzal, Ubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin, Linux Mint 16 Petra, Linux Mint 15 Olivia, Linux Mint 14 Nadia, Linux Mint 13 Maya and Elementary OS 0.2 Luna.
Because it is available via PPA, installing QPDFView 0.4.5 on Ubuntu, Linux Mint and Elementary OS is easy. All you have to do is add the PPA to the system, update the local repository index and install the qpdfview package. Like this:
$ sudo apt-add-repository ppa:b-eltzner/qpdfview
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install qpdfview
