Hello Linux Geeksters. As you may know, Razor-Qt is an easy to use, fast desktop environment written in Qt. It is simple, fast and has an intuitive interface, in order to work on both good and weak computers.

Razor-Qt has its own window manager, but it also works with others, like OpenBox. The latest version available is Razor-Qt 0.5.2.
In this article I will show you how to install Razor-Qt 0.5.2 on Ubuntu 13.04 Raring Ringtail, Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal Quetzal, Ubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin, Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx, Linux Mint 15 Olivia, Linux Mint 14 Nadia and Linux Mint 13 Maya.
Because it is available via PPA, Razor-Qt 0.5.2 can be easily installed on Ubuntu and Linux Mint. All you have to do is:
Add the repository:
$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:razor-qt/ppa
Update the local repository index:
$ sudo apt-get update
Install Razor-Qt:
$ sudo apt-get install razor-qt
