In this article I will present you two interesting Nautilus plug-ins, all developed by Atareao: Nautilus PDF Tools and Nautilus Image Tools.

Nautilus PDF Tools enables the users to rotate, remove/extract pages from documents, merge and split PDFs directly from the Nautilus file manager, the default one from the GNOME desktop manager.

Nautilus Image Tools is yet another third party plugin for Nautilus, enabling the users to convert images in different formats, resize, crop and rotate images via a simple click, directly from the file manager.

To install the Nautilus PDF Tools and Nautilus Image Tools on Ubuntu 14.04 Unity and Ubuntu 14.04 GNOME.

Because both the two plug-ins are available via PPA, installing the Nautilus PDF Tools and Nautilus Image Tools Plug-ins on Ubuntu 14.04 Unity and Ubuntu 14.04 GNOME systems is easy. All you have to do is add the ppa to your system, update the local repository index and install the nautilus-pdf-tools and nautilus-image-tools packages. Like this:
