As you may know, Ubuntu Tweak is a powerful tweaking tool for Ubuntu, allowing the users to manage the font sizes, choose the default GTK+ theme, edit the quicklist, remove old kernels and many others. The latest version available is Ubuntu Tweak 0.8.6, which comes with support for Ubuntu 13.10 Saucy Salamander, and fixes many bugs, occured in the previous versions.

In this article I will show you how to install Ubuntu Tweak 0.8.6 on Ubuntu 13.10 Saucy Salamander, Ubuntu 13.04 Raring Ringtail, Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal Quetzal and Ubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin.
Because it is available via PPA, installing Ubuntu Tweak 0.8.6 on Ubuntu is easy. All you have to do is add the needed ppa, update the local repository index and install the ubuntu-tweak package. Like this:
$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:tualatrix/ppa
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install ubuntu-tweak
