Since Fuduntu has forked from Fedora, caffeine can be installed on Fuduntu by using the same caffeine*.rpm file for Fedora 17 or Fedora 16.

In this short guide I will show you how to install caffeine, the software for postponing sleep or suspension whenever you need, on Fuduntu 2012.04.
Step 1. Download the Caffeine RPM for your architecture:
- for i686:
$ wget download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/zhonghuaren/Fedora_17/i686/caffeine-1.0.1-13.1.i686.rpm
- for x86_64:
$ wget download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/zhonghuaren/Fedora_17/x86_64/caffeine-1.0.1-13.1.x86_64.rpm
Step 2. Install the caffeine*.rpm:
$ sudo rpm -i caffeine*
