The final version of Libre Office 4.0.0 has been officially released for Linux platforms.
The Document Foundation brought to Libreoffice 4.0.0 a lot of bugfixes and improvements.
LibreOffice is the best free “office” text editor and gets more and more fans every day. I highly recommend installing LibreOffice instead of using OpenOffice or the non Microsoft Office.
