As you may know, OpenVPN is an open-source software for implementing virtual private networks for creating secure point-to-point or site-to-site connections.
The easiest way to install OpenVPN Server on Ubuntu 15.04 Vivid Vervet, Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty Tahr and derivative systems like Linux Mint 17.2 Rafaela, Linux Mint 17.1 Rebecca, Linux Mint 17 Qiana, Pinguy OS 14.04, Elementary OS 0.3 Freya, Deepin 2014, Peppermint 6, Peppermint 5, LXLE 14.04 and Linux Lite 2 is to download and use the installation script:
$ wget git.io/vpn --no-check-certificate -O openvpn-setup.sh
$ sudo sh openvpn-setup.sh
Next, follow the installation instructions. For adding users or uninstalling OpenVPN, run the script again and choose the options you need:
$ sudo sh openvpn-setup.sh
