SRWare Iron 42.0.2250.1 (internet browser based on Chromium) has been released.

As you may already know, SRWare Iron is an internet browser based on Google’s open-source Chromium browser, ensuring a greater privacy, due to the fact that no information is sent to Google.
The latest version available is SRWare Iron 42 (42.0.2250.1), which has been recently released, bringing the below changes and enhancements:
- Push-API
- Both bug-fixes and security-fixes
- Performance and stability improvements
Installation instructions:
The latest SRWare Iron builds are available on sourceforge as deb packages, so installing the browser on Ubuntu, Debian and derivative systems is easy. Just download the deb package for your system’s architecture and install it via command-line.
Install SRWare Iron on 32 bit Ubuntu, Debian and derivative systems:
$ sudo apt-get install gdebi
$ wget http://sourceforge.net/projects/srwareiron.mirror/files/SRWare%20Iron%2042.0.2250.1/iron.deb
$ sudo gdebi iron.deb
Optional, to remove SRWare browser, do:
$ sudo apt-get remove iron
Install SRWare Iron on 64 bit Ubuntu, Debian and derivative systems:
$ sudo apt-get install gdebi
$ wget http://sourceforge.net/projects/srwareiron.mirror/files/SRWare%20Iron%2042.0.2250.1/iron64.deb
$ sudo gdebi iron64.deb
Optional, to remove SRWare browser, do:
$ sudo apt-get remove iron64
The installation instructions work on all the systems using deb packages, including: Ubuntu, Linux Mint, Pinguy OS, Elementary OS, Deepin, Peppermint, LXLE, Linux Lite, Debian, SparkyLinux and Robolinux.
