There are rumours saying that Ubuntu 13.10 Saucy Salamander will have a Touch Animation User Interface, similar with the Ubuntu versions for mobile phones.
The new interface, named by its developers “Paper” is animated by multiple layers of sliding paper. See this video to make an ideea about the Paper Motion Theme.
For now, we only know for sure that the Paper Motion Theme will be used on the Ubuntu mobile phones.
