Hello Linux Geeksters. As you may know, the first release candidate of Mageia 4 (Mageia 4 RC) has been released today.

For those who don’t know, Mageia is a Mandrake/Mandriva derivate, prividing bleeding edge applications. Mageia 4 RC has been released the two traditional flavours, GNOME 3.10.2.1, KDE 4.11.4, but also LXDE, XFCE, Razor-Qt, Mate and Cinnamon are easily installable.
It uses Kernel 3.12.7, and, like the previous versions of Mageia, comes with Legacy GRUB (GRUB 1), GRUB 2 being available for testing, but not implemented by default. Also, it comes with LibreOffice 4.1.3.2, Perl 5.18.1, Mesa 10.0.2, syslinux 6.02 and RPM 14.11.1.
