Hello Linux Geeksters. As you may know, GIMP (The GNU Image Manipulation Program) is an open source photo editor, working on both Linux and Windows.

If you want to learn how to use Gimp, you can find useful information in both the Gimp magazine and the “Meet the Gimp” video presentations. While the Gimp Magazine has only five numbers, Gimp Magazine Issue 5 can be downloaded from here, “Meet the Gimp” has reached version 196, which has been released a while ago.
Meet the Gimp Episode 196 has been named “ENIAC and Me”, providing yet another video presenting GIMP’s functionality.
Among others, it teaches the users to modify images, download an image directly with the GIMP, add images on top of others, keeping the images style and cropping the unnecessary parts of it.
Meet the Gimp Episode 196 can be either downloaded from the official site or previewed directly on youtube.
