Not long ago, Mark Shuttleworth has announced that the development of Ubuntu 15.10 Wily Werewolf has been officially started. Today, Canonical has just published the first Ubuntu 15.10 Daily Builds, which do not bring too many changes to the Ubuntu 15.04 (yet).
Despite the fact that there isn’t much information about Ubuntu 15.10, we know for sure that it is based on Debian 9.0 Stretch and that it will be using Kernel 4.x, either Kernel 4.0 or Kernel 4.1 and will be released at the end of October 2015.
Also, Ubuntu Mate 15.10 will be using the MATE 1.10 desktop which provides and integrated Launcher for Ubuntu 15.10.
