Hello Linux Geeksters. As you may know, Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty Tahr is scheduled for release on the 17th of April, 2014.
Now, the Xubuntu developers have started the submissions for Xubuntu’s 14.04 default wallpaper set, enabling the community to contribute with wallpapers. The wallpapers can be uploaded here. Also see this article, for submission guidelines.
The developers hope to receive enough wallpapers in order to have what to choose from, and of course, not all of them blue. For more information, see this article.
This action is very popular among the Ubuntu community. Also the Ubuntu and Lubuntu communities have decided the default wallpaper set before the arrival of Ubuntu (Lubuntu) 13.10 Saucy Salamander and so will do for the next version, Ubuntu (Lubuntu) 14.04.
