As you may know, the SmartWatches are not very popular yet, but their popularity will explode soon enough, I think.

The pioneers of the smart watches are the Sony developers, which have created their own SmartWatch, before Google, Samsung or Apple. After the idea was exploited by Sony, a chinese company created its own smart watch and soon, other big developers will launch similar devices.
The Omate company has just announced TrueSmart, a smart watch having the following specifications:
- 1 GHz Cortex-A7 processor
- 512 MB of RAM
- 4GB internal Storage and microSD card slot
- AMOLED touch screen of 1.5 inches and a resolution of 240 x 240
- 5 megapixel camera
- 802.11b/g/n Wireless
- Bluetooth
- Android 4.2 Jelly Bean
- GPS
- Radio
The smartwatch has a good comfiguration, so it should run Android apps well. It is also capable of converting voice commands to voice-to-text and many more. It also has support for support for Skype and VoIP conversations, so the user will not be able to use the watch as a smartphone, but will be able to make voice / video calls, afterall.
Basicly, it has all the functionalities of a smartphone (except calling features) and it is wearable on the wrist. The release date and price are not yet specified.
